Commissions require 100% up front payment before beginning.

Larger scale commissions require 50% of initial price as an up front payment with final artwork not being delivered until final payment is made.

A 100% refund can be given after a month of the initial payment IF no work has begun or started.

Refunds cannot be given if the work has exited the initial sketching phase unless the commission has exceeded two months with no notable work.

Any finished artwork cannot be refunded by any means.

Chargebacks for completed work will result in a public blacklisting.

Commission slots may be held within a reasonable time frame, I am willing to hold special prices within reason.

Commissioners may receive updates via toyhou.se, trello, or discord.

All commissions, along with stage progression and potential deadlines, can be found on my trello.

Updates are typically given in three stages, sketch, line art, and color. Progress updates are given via screenshot.

If you would like little to no updates, or only updates during certain phases, please let me know.

Generally, turn around times for my art is roughly a month. If I feel that I cannot complete your commission within the allotted time frame, I will notify you properly.

I do not work with extremely short deadlines without a rush order, but can work with reasonable deadlines to ensure completion. I do not offer priority to any commissioners without a rush order, nor do I work in a linear fashion.

If you wish to place a rush order, the following are the additional cost to place one:

Rush commission may be completed to the prior deadline.

Rush commissions gain priority over any other outstanding commissions.

Rush commissions times begin as soon as payment is recieved.

Reasonable edits can be made during the commission process, especially during the sketching phase.

Please do not edit any of my work, if changes are needed, please notify me.

My work, by default, is only for non-commercial use. My work cannot be used for commercialized projects without prior discussions and proper payment.

My work can be used for personal projects that do not profit directly from my work.

Credit is required with reuploading on other sites, e.g. toyhou.se.

I do not require credit for using my artwork as icons or decor on social media, but do not claim it as your own.

Designs may be resold based on their initial value and added value.

Art that is commissioned or that you have created can count towards the design's worth. Art received via trade, gift, or as payment, does not count towards the design's value.

Designs received via trades can be resold, traded, or gifted.

Designs that have been traded may be resold for their initial sale value and any additional value added by you with proper proof of value. Value added by prior owners, either bought or drawn, cannot be added to their worth after trading.

Designs that are traded for another design do not retain the worth of the design traded for.

Designs received via gifting may be traded or gifted, but cannot be resold unless additional value is added.

Designs received via trade or that were purchased may be vouchered for their sale value.

Designs received via gift cannot be vouchered.

My designs cannot be auctioned off by any means.

All designs will be uploaded by me and transferred over on Toyhou.se with initial sale price included in transfer.

I ask that, if possible, to keep me authorized to see my designs.
